Artificial intelligence (AI) has been a hot topic for a while now, but it’s getting even more attention since the introduction last fall of ChatGPT, a game-changing new tool created by OpenAI. There are three steps I’d recommend for small firms that want to investigate AI or enhance their use of it.
1. Understand the capabilities
The many types and capabilities of AI are being put to work in a variety of ways. They are used to create bots that
